Sorry, the article on your return request is either purchased at a sale or discounted price that is not eligible for refund. We can only offer store credit for items purchased at a sale / discounted price. Thank you.


30 Days Return & Exchange Policy

As long as the product is in origainl unworn condition with original packaging, tags or accessories,  you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days after your order is made.

Original Unworn Condition

Original Unworn Condition means, the item is unopened, brand new, undamaged or has only been tried on for less than 5 minutes, has no smells of perfumes, smoke, sweats or pets, etc; has no stains of makeups, oil or medicine, etc;  has no wrinkles or sign of intensive usage;  and also all original packagings, tags or accessories are well presented or packed in brand new condition.

We do NOT accept returns if the article is NOT in Origainal Unworn Condition.

How to Return?

Please complete the Return & Exchange Request Form at the bottom of the page, our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.

Return Postage

Customer is responsible for return postage and any other cost related to post the item back to our official return address.

Handling and Restocking Fees

All return articles are subject to a $10 per order handling and restocking fee to cover the basic operational cost and other related expenses, which will be deducted from the refund. There is NO fees for exchanging size/style.

Please note that for AfterPay & zipPay refunds and cancellations, there will be an extra 7% fee of the total order value due to the associated merchant fees which will be deducted from the refund.  

Exchange Process

  • Exchange to the same item in different size or color – please post the original purchase back and write on the invoice to let us know what size or color would you like to exchange for. Then post it back to our return address provided on the invoice. We will ship the exchange items back to you accordingly.
  • Exchange to a different item with NO difference in price compare to your original purchase – please write on the invoice to let us know what products you wish to exchange for, then post your original purchase back to the return address. We will ship the exchange item(s) back to you accordingly.
  • Exchange to a different item with difference in price – please post the original purchase back to the return address and we will issue you a store credit for all return article(s), then you can use the store credit to make a new order for different items online.

Tracking Number for Return Parcel

Tracking number is important. Please keep a valid tracking number for your return parcels at all times. It will help us to track or locate your return when there is unlikely a problem.
