Shipping
- Same day DISPATCH for orders received before 2:00pm (AEST) on a business day.
- All orders are shipped from our local warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
- Tracking number will be emailed to you once the parcel is dispatched.
- If you didn’t receive tracking number in your email by any chance, please do check in your junk mails or spam folder. The email was generated and sent from Australia Post system automatically once your order is dispatched. If the email address provided is correct, then you should be able to receive the tracking number accordingly. You can also contact us if you have any problem receiving the tracking numbers.
Delivery
- For all customers in Australia, the delivery is handled by Australia Post or StarTrack. The shipping and delivery service is FREE to all Australian and New Zealand customers. General speaking, it is 1 to 2 business days delivery to major cities or town, suburbs in Australia. For example, to Perth, 2 business days, to Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide CBD is 1 Business days.
- International Parcel Delivery – It is handled by your local post system. In USA, the delivery is handled by USPS, UK – RoyalMail, Canada – Canada Post. etc. Tracking number is also provided after order is shipped.
